More about your role
- Set up and manage a range of sustainable Healthy Communities projects/programmes that deliver measurable impact for the community for a local contract area, with a focus on tackling health inequalities.
- Complete any monitoring and evaluation requested by line manager in line with current data protection protocols.
- In line with relevant training/qualifications held, deliver specific Healthy community project/programme, e.g. Exercise Referral, exercise referral classes, falls prevention, according to the parameter discussed with line manager.
More about you
- Qualified instructor in relevant discipline to deliver sessions independently i.e. Gym level 3, NGB level 2 or higher. Must have Level 3 Exercise Referral.
- Experienced in planning, delivering and monitoring sessions.
- Passion for improving the health of the local community.
- Ability to use MS tools.
