At Residential Management Group (RMG), compliance sits at the heart of everything we do - protecting our customers, our clients and our colleagues. We're looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to play a key role in supporting the delivery of statutory and regulatory compliance across our managed portfolio. This is a varied and high-impact role, working closely with internal stakeholders and external compliance providers to ensure high standards are consistently met across core compliance, asset testing and asset hazards.
You’ll take ownership of supplier performance against agreed SLAs, respond to a wide range of compliance-related enquiries, and support the Compliance Manager with reporting, audits and risk reduction activity. This role also provides the opportunity to deputise for the Compliance Manager where required.
Where will I be working? Based full time at our offices in Northwich (CW9 7LN). After probation will be 4 days office based and 1 day working from home - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing relationships with compliance service providers, including monitoring performance against agreed SLAs.
- Undertaking regular performance review meetings with external providers and resolving issues professionally.
- Ensuring statutory Health and Safety compliance.
