We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception and Sales colleague (internally known as a Placemaker) at Places Leisure. You will work in a lively environment with like-minded people, inspiring others to work together and deliver their best. You should be highly organized, excel at customer service, and foster a helpful and welcoming environment that leaves a positive first impression on members and visitors.
Previous experience in sales and customer service is beneficial, but if you are proactive and self-motivated, our training and development programs will support your success and growth. Opportunities within Places Leisure include progressing to roles such as Placemaker Assistant Manager and Placemaker Manager. We offer ongoing training, including customer service and sales development, webinars, seminars, and cross-training in areas like lifeguarding and swimming instruction.
