We are recruiting for a Financial Planning & Analysis Accountant on a permanent basis to join PfP Developments. You'll play a key role in supporting major development and investment decisions across the business. Working closely with senior finance leaders and a wide range of stakeholders, you'll provide clear, insightful financial analysis that helps shape projects from early appraisal through to delivery. You'll develop and maintain financial models, assess the financial impact of investment and development activity, and clearly explain performance, risks and opportunities. This is a commercially focused role where your analysis will directly influence decision‑making, cash flow planning and long‑term business outcomes. This is a full‑time, permanent role based in Preston and you will be required to be on site 2 days a week.
Essential Criteria
- You will possess a Finance Qualification (Part Qualified or Qualified CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain financial models
- A track record of working with large data sets
- Experience of working within a matrix management structure
- Experience with Housebuilding or Development is highly desired.
