More about your role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Group Workout Instructor at Places Leisure, where you will work in a fun, lively environment with like-minded people. You will help inspire others to work together and deliver their very best. With your previous experience in the fitness industry, specifically personal and group training, you will be enthusiastic and love talking with people while motivating them to push themselves to achieve their aims in a safe and encouraging manner.

All our Group Workout Instructors should hold a qualification suitable for delivering our world-class Group Workout Programme. However, if you are a motivated and driven individual, with our continuous learning and development opportunities, we would be happy to support you in achieving this qualification.

  • Enthusiastic about delivering group workouts to large and small classes in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to hold the attention of a room full of people and let your charisma shine through.
  • Strong people skills, always putting customers\’ needs at the forefront, and capable of creating personable and meaningful relationships.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Interested in continuous personal development, maintaining a high level of industry knowledge, and keeping up with new trends.
  • Comfortable working with customers of all abilities, regardless of their fitness stage.
