Position: Full‑time (Maternity Cover Only)
We’re looking for a therapist with excellent customer service skills, who has the ability to make each and every one of our customers feel comfortable and special. We require dynamic and talented individuals to deliver the highest standards and maintain the five‑star level of customer care that is required within our Spa.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional treatments from waxing, facials and body treatments and ensure that the spa is well maintained, clean and presentable.
- Have an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy and be able to operate the business aspects of a spa environment such as reception, stock control, cleaning and cash handling.
- Work as part of a team.
- Have experience with best products such as Comfort Zone, CND, Shellac, and Ashmira Botanica.
- Perform day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays.
