Leisure Focus is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Manager to lead a comprehensive health and wellbeing programme and provide professional leadership in line with service objectives and LF Health brand standards.

You will work with the NHS Patient care network on GP referrals, clinical exercise programmes and community initiatives, and build public and private health sector relationships across the borough.
