About the job: We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Windsor Leisure Centre. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who visits the centre. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and visitors to the leisure centre.
- Managing bookings for activities, classes, and facilities.
- Handling membership enquiries and payments.
- Providing information about programmes, activities, and services.
- Answering phone and email enquiries.
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the centre.
- Ensuring the reception area is welcoming, organised, and professional.
- Supporting the wider team to ensure excellent customer experiences.
