Overview

Membership Advisor, Braywick Leisure Centre

Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.21 p/h

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual who shares our passion for sales & customer service, accepts only the best, and has the ‘can-do’ attitude that creates a positive atmosphere in our centres. As a person, you’ll be engaging, always championing exemplary standards and service.

Responsibilities

  • To actively promote membership packages within the centre in line with instructions from the Sales Manager/Centre Manager
  • Building rapport and trust with customers by engaging with them, and actively anticipating and subsequently meeting their needs
  • Achieve KPIs and sales targets set by the management team
  • Ensure all customer sales and bookings are managed correctly, assisting customers in their choices, whilst positively and proactively driving retention
  • To assist in the promotion and marketing of the centre, its services and facilities, which entails outreach in the surrounding areas
  • Manage complaints in a sensitive manner, promptly and politely in accordance with Trust guidelines, escalating where necessary to the relevant people
  • To maximise cross-selling and up-selling opportunities through proactive initiatives
  • Undertake any other task/duties as may be reasonably required

Qualifications

  • Ideally, a sales background in a similar role, although training will be provided
