Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Seasonal Sports Coaches to support the delivery of a variety of sports and activity sessions during school holidays. This role involves leading fun, engaging, and inclusive sessions across different programmes (including football and other activities), while ensuring a safe and high-quality experience for all participants. Coaches will play an important role in creating positive experiences that encourage repeat attendance, strong participation levels, and excellent customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and supervise a range of sports and activity sessions (including but not limited to football).
  • Adapt sessions to be fun, inclusive, and suitable for all abilities.
  • Set up and take down equipment before and after sessions.
  • Maintain a safe environment and follow safeguarding procedures.
  • Manage groups effectively and promote positive behaviour.
  • Provide encouragement and support to all participants.
  • Represent the organisation in a professional and positive manner.

Session Details

  • Flexible session timings depending on the activity and programme.
  • Opportunities available throughout school holidays and half terms.
  • Additional time may be required for set-up and pack-down.
  • Casual, zero-hours role offering flexible working patterns.

Requirements

  • Experience coaching or working with children (preferred).
