We are seeking a Leisure Community Content Creator to support marketing activity through the creation of social media content and digital assets, working closely with Leisure Focus, which operates five leisure centres across the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. This is a predominantly field-based role, focused on capturing real moments across gyms, leisure centres, swim schools, and community environments, and translating these into engaging, high-quality content. The successful candidate will play a key role in showcasing the people, energy, and community behind our services, helping to strengthen our digital presence and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the wider marketing plan by bringing campaigns to life through gym promotions, seasonal activity, and content creation.
- Capture photo and video content across gyms, pools, classes, and events.
- Produce short‑form content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Engage with members, staff, and stakeholders to capture authentic stories and testimonials.
- Edit content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Publish content in line with agreed schedules and campaign activity.
- Maintain a consistent flow of content across multiple sites.
- Work to a yearly marketing plan, ensuring content aligns with key objectives.
- Collaborate with the Managing Manager and wider team to ensure consistency and quality.

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to travel between work sites if needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends where required.
