Overview
Fitness Instructor at Leisure Focus – Braywick Leisure Centre. Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum depending on experience.
We are looking for a driven Fitness Instructor to join our health and fitness team. This role supports the operations of our exercise facilities and contributes to creating a positive customer journey from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
- Inspire customers to positively engage with you and the fitness team.
- Ensure customers have an engaging and rewarding fitness journey for all abilities.
- Keep up with the latest fitness trends and continually develop professional skills.
- Provide high-quality customer service and support a busy leisure facility.
- Participate in internal training programmes to grow and progress within the organisation.
Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of the leisure and fitness industry and experience working in a busy leisure facility.
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility and a commitment to customer service.
- REPS Level 2 or equivalent qualification (or equivalent).
- Willingness to work variable hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role.
- DBS Disclosure is required; you will be submitted for a check if you do not already hold one.
