More about the role:

Leisure Focus is recruiting for the position of Duty Manager at Braywick Leisure Centre in Maidenhead. Reporting into the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day operation of the centre, including health and safety.
  • Providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Financial procedures and.
  • Leading, managing and training recreation staff.

(Each Duty Manager post is subject to its own agreed responsibilities)

More about you:

The successful candidate should have a depth of knowledge, skills and experience of leisure centre operations and experience of working in a busy leisure environment. Excellent communication skills, flexibility and a commitment to customer service are essential. Successful applicants will be provided with full training in all aspects of this role.

(It is desirable, not essential to hold a current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) and Pool Plant Operators)

You will need a flexible approach to work being open to working shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
