We are recruiting for the position of Leisure Focus (LF) Health & Wellbeing Manager in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. We are looking for an inspiring wellbeing professional to take a lead role in managing and developing the clinical exercise support services and experience to our members from arrival and throughout their journey with us. Reporting to the Contract Manager, this role is an exciting opportunity for someone to have a strong influence on the culture, direction and success of several facilities.

The main responsibilities of the suitable candidate would be:

  • Responsible for delivering a successful health and wellbeing programme, providing professional leadership in line with agreed service objectives.
  • Working as part of the management team with a focus on managing and delivering all services under the LF Health brand, including GP Referral in partnership with the NHS Patient care network (PCN), clinical exercise programmes and classes and bringing on new initiatives to support the clinical exercise needs of our community.
  • To develop and bridge both public and private health sector relationships within the borough and the facilities.

Do you have the below qualifications, qualifications & accreditations?

  • Management experience in leisure or a related industry
  • Have a recognised fitness training qualification equivalent to minimum of Level 3.
  • Have a health industry recognised qualification.
  • Evidence of CPD in the previous 12 months.

DBS: The position of LF Health & Wellbeing Manager is classed as a regulated post and therefore requires a DBS Disclosure which will be carried out by Leisure Focus.
