Position: Grounds & Garden Team Member – Full‑time/ Permanent – Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to maintain the park and grounds to the highest standard for our guests, including caring for flower beds, borders, and landscaped areas.
  • Help create a safe, secure, and well‑maintained space for all visitors through skilled and consistent upkeep of the park's grounds and facilities.
  • Contribute to a refreshing and memorable guest experience by keeping our beautiful gardens and green spaces vibrant, tidy, and in top condition year‑round.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in gardening, horticulture, or grounds maintenance is valued but not essential; training is provided.
  • Genuine interest in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor work.
  • Basic plant knowledge (e. g., identifying weeds, pruning, seasonal care).
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment such as mowers, strimmer’s, hedge trimmers, etc.
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions and undertake physical tasks.
  • Must be 18 years of age or over due to operation of grounds maintenance machinery.
