Haven is hiring a Pool Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure a safe, enjoyable swimming experience for every guest. This role is offered Full‑Time / Part‑Time / Seasonal with pay up to £12.71 per hour, +£1 per hour when leading a shift.
You’ll enforce rules, run safety checks, train new staff, and handle guest requests. We’re seeking experienced lifeguards or supervisors with strong leadership, excellent communication, and weekend/evening availability;
