Position: PGA Assistant Golf Professional
Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000
Far Grange Park & Golf Club is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic PGA Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. This position represents an outstanding opportunity for individuals passionate about advancing their coaching careers within a supportive, progressive setting.
Our facility features an 18-hole golf course, a six-bay driving range, and a nine-hole pitch-and-putt area – and as part of the team, you'll enjoy access to the driving range and robust coaching opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of the golf shop and club facilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests
- Support the organisation and execution of club competitions and events
- Maintain a consistently professional and welcoming presence
- Exhibit a genuine passion for coaching and retail operations
Requirements
- Fully PGA Qualified Professional or currently undertaking training
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to coaching and player development
- Professional attitude with a focus on customer service
- Capacity to work both collaboratively and independently
- Motivated to develop a career within the golf industry
