Join our One Great Team here at Haven as an Off-Ground Activity Leader, where you’ll deliver adrenaline-filled experiences like climbing walls, aerial adventure courses, zip wires, and more. You’ll help guests conquer challenges, build confidence, and create lasting memories—all while ensuring safety and fun go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver thrilling and safe off-ground activities, including climbing walls, aerial adventure courses, zip wires, leap of faith, and other high-adrenaline experiences.
  • Ensure the correct fitting and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all participants.
  • Perform regular safety inspections of all equipment and off-ground activity areas.
  • Provide clear instructions and encouragement to guests, helping them enjoy the activities confidently.
  • Create a fun, positive, and educational environment during all activity sessions.
  • Assist with the promotion and marketing of activities to guests on-site.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming activity environment by adhering to cleaning and health & safety standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in delivering outdoor or high-adrenaline activities is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire guests of all ages.
  • A passion for outdoor activities and working at height.
  • High level of physical fitness and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Commitment to ensuring safety procedures are always followed.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak season hours.

This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work. To meet the qualifications and training requirements, candidates must be 18 years and over.
