Haven is seeking a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer to join our Product Technology function in a remote-first role with occasional travel to Hemel Hempstead. This permanent full-time position focuses on building reliable cloud-native platforms, improving CI/CD, observability and disaster recovery, and reducing toil across teams.

You will work with AWS, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes, contribute to tooling and incident response, and collaborate with the Platform Team to shape guardrails and cloud.
