We are looking for a skilled PPC Manager to help us develop this key channel across both our Holidays and Caravan Sales businesses. Reporting to the Head of PPC, you’ll take the lead on activating, measuring, optimising and reporting on large‑scale PPC campaigns to drive efficiency and strong results. You’ll manage budgets across Google and Bing, work with a variety of PPC formats including ROAS‑based bidding and Performance Max, and use data to guide smart decisions. If you bring solid experience managing complex PPC activity, enjoy working with numbers, and thrive in a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.
What you will be doing:
- Budget Management: Setting, measuring and optimising campaign budgets across platforms, ensuring alignment with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs, while managing invoicing and maintaining accurate spend reporting.
- Campaign Performance: Carrying out regular optimisation across all timeframes, using bidding strategies to maximise ROAS and applying the right paid search tactics to reach key audiences efficiently alongside wider marketing channels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders, representing PPC in wider discussions and trading meetings, and partnering with teams across the business to align activity with shared goals.
- Clear Reporting: Presenting complex campaign performance in a clear, accessible way so non‑specialists can understand insights and support data‑led decision‑making.
What we’d like you to bring:
- Strong experience in PPC marketing, with proven success managing complex campaigns across Google, Bing and bid‑management platforms such as SA360, supported by relevant certifications and a solid track record.
- Confident analytical skills, comfortable working with large data sets, interpreting performance trends, and translating insights into clear, effective actions.
- High numerical capability and proficiency with the “spreadsheet side” of marketing, including MS Office, Google Analytics (or similar tools), and paid search dashboards to optimise spend and performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work independently when needed, adapt to changing business and market conditions, and clearly present insights to stakeholders at all levels.
