We’re looking for an experienced Haven F&B leader to join our Central Operations team on a fixed-term contract as an F&B Operational Support Manager, supporting our Southern parks. This is your chance to step into a visible, high-impact role where you'll partner with park teams across Haven to drive excellence, innovation, and guest delight. You'll be the go-to expert supporting our Heads of F&B and park leaders, helping them execute our F&B strategy brilliantly whilst championing our brands, safeguarding safety, and delivering real business results.

What you will be doing:

  • Partnering & supporting park F&B leadership to deliver our F&B strategy with sharp communication, analysis, and coaching
  • Driving performance by helping parks find smart ways to grow revenue and guest advocacy whilst upholding brand standards
  • Championing safety & standards as the technical expert who safeguards our brands through flawless execution and risk guidance
  • Sharing best practice and using data to identify opportunities, supporting parks with targeted training and continuous improvement
  • Collaborating across teams: Capital development, audit, compliance, Franchise partners etc, to ensure smooth launches and handovers

  • Proven F&B leadership experience on a Haven park with broad understanding of park structure and interdependencies
  • Strong communication & coaching skills – you present confidently, lead conversations, and genuinely develop people
  • Sharp numeracy & strategic thinking with proven Margin Management and P&L knowledge
  • Calm, balanced leadership – you manage multiple priorities under pressure, build collaborative relationships, and embody our HWOL values

Essential qualifications:

  • Level 3 Food Safety, proficiency in Word/Excel/Adobe, comprehensive P&L knowledge, and Franchise systems certification
