Reporting to the Owner Accounts Team Manager, you’ll be the friendly voice at the end of the phone for owners across up to 10 Haven Parks. From annual site fees and caravan running costs, to payment queries, special payment arrangements and closing accounts when owners leave park, you’ll play an important role in delivering a smooth, supportive experience during moments that really matter.
It’s a role that blends great customer service with careful account administration and credit control. You’ll work closely with Park teams, our Finance Leadership Team and Operations Directors, bringing a patient, understanding approach to every conversation and a sharp eye for accuracy behind the scenes.
Your Opportunity
- Support owners with site fee arrangements, payment queries and account questions, using a patient, understanding and professional telephone manner
- Manage credit control and outstanding debt collection for up to 10 Haven Parks, following our credit control procedures
- Administer special payment arrangements and support owners experiencing financial difficulties, working closely with Park teams
- Process Owner leaving forms, close accounts and manage refunds and payments in a timely, accurate way
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring owners receive the right information and their expectations are exceeded
- Handle enquiries from owners and liaise with Park and Management teams where appropriate
- Contribute ideas to help us improve our systems, processes and the overall owner experience
What we’d like you to bring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and understanding approach
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a keen interest in improving systems and bringing fresh ideas
- Ability to problem-solve, prioritise and multi-task effectively
- A committed team player who is happy to offer help during busy periods without being prompted
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- A strong work ethic and a responsible approach to handling personal data
- Knowledge of Haven or previous experience in a similar accounts, credit control or customer service role would be desirable, but is not essential

At Haven, we’re one great team, united by our passion for creating amazing experiences for our guests and our people. You’ll have access to training, mentoring, and opportunities to grow your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
