We're looking for an inspiring Front of House Manager who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and consistently hit targets. You'll be hands-on, leading by example and creating an environment where your team feels supported and valued.
- Create memorable moments for every guest. You'll set the standard for welcoming atmospheres, proactively address concerns, and continuously look for ways to exceed expectations.

- Manage scheduling, budgets, and resources smartly to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. You'll solve problems quickly and keep operations compliant with health, safety, and company standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Front of House, Restaurant Manager, or General Manager role (or similar leadership position in hospitality)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, you inspire people and build trust
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of detail
- Genuine passion for exceptional customer service and creative problem-solving
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance
