We're looking for lively and motivated Team Members to join our on-site Slim Chickens team.
You’ll be working in a buzzing, upbeat atmosphere, frying up fresh chicken and serving guests with that famous southern charm.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and answer menu questions.
- Prepare, cook, and serve chicken and sides to Slim Chickens brand specifications.
- Ensure fast and friendly service, from kitchen to counter.
- Handle payments and orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness at all times across the venue.
- Work closely with your teammates to deliver great service and delicious meals.
Requirements
- Applicants must be 18+ due to health and safety regulations for operating hot kitchen equipment.
- Experience in food service, hospitality settings or customer-facing roles is great—but full training will be provided.
- Approachable, motivated, and focused on delivering great food and service.
- Proficient in handling a demanding kitchen environment.
- High attention to food quality and safety standards.
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
