Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Touring Warden, here you’ll help create a great experience for our guests staying on our touring and camping facilities!

We are seeking a hands-on, friendly Touring Warden to look after our touring facilities and pitches.

If you love the outdoors and enjoy meeting new people, this role offers a rewarding way to be part of our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they are settled and comfortable on their pitch.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of touring facilities, including showers, toilets, and communal areas.
  • Provide helpful information about the park and surrounding area, answering any guest queries.
  • Ensure pitches are kept tidy and prepared for new arrivals, supporting a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Conduct regular checks of the touring area to maintain safety and address any maintenance issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service role is beneficial.
  • Friendly, approachable, and comfortable working in an outdoor setting.
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for helping guests.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times.
  • A team player who can adapt to dynamic, guest-focused environments.
