Haven is seeking an Accounts Administrator to support the Owner Accounts team across up to 10 parks, based in Hemel Hempstead with hybrid work (3 days in office). You will handle site fees, payments queries and credit control, ensuring accuracy and a friendly service to 23,000 owners.
Reporting to the Owner Accounts Team Manager, you’ll process leaving forms, refunds, and support park teams while helping drive improvements in systems and data handling.
