In this role, you’ll add a sprinkle of joy by crafting tasty ice creams and dreamy sundaes, serving up smiles with every treat!
Key Responsibilities
- - Scoop, prepare, and serve delicious ice creams and sundaes, ensuring each treat is beautifully presented.
- - Provide a warm, welcoming experience, assisting guests with flavour choices and providing helpful answers about menu items.
- - Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the counter, service areas, and seating spaces, upholding high hygiene standards.
- - Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and create a positive, enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
Requirements
- - Previous experience as an Ice Cream Assistant is a plus, but not essential.
- - Experience in a customer-facing or food service role is beneficial.
