The Role

As an Optical & Hearing Assistant, you are the face of our Leadenhall boutique - the first impression, the warm welcome, guiding customers through a tailored experience. You'll receive full training in some of our diagnostic tools and team members will be on hand for support, giving you the confidence to deliver an informed service. You'll also have the opportunity to help customers choose from designer eyewear and feel fabulous. They'll leave us feeling seen, heard and delighted.
