As the Leightons group continues to grow, we’re looking for a passionate, proactive HR Business Partner to join our collaborative People Team and help shape the future of our business.
Your Role
- In this proactive and varied role, you’ll be a trusted partner to our branch and area managers, delivering high-quality HR advice and support that enables their teams to perform at their best.
- You’ll also play a hands-on role in:
- Providing guidance and support across all employee lifecycle matters and employee relations cases
- Developing recommendations and taking action to positively impact recruitment, development, engagement, performance and retention
- Contributing to People projects and company-wide initiatives
- Carrying out efficient and accurate HR administration
About You
- You’re an experienced HR generalist who has a passion for providing a high quality, proactive HR service.
- You’re collaborative, commercially aware, solutions-focused and happy to take on the administrative side of HR as well as partnering.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- CIPD Level 5
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice as well as HR administration
- Proven experience supporting and coaching business leaders in HR matters
- Confidence handling employee relations cases
- A proactive, collaborative and can-do approach with great interpersonal skills
