We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to play a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent to drive our business forward.
About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive, you’ll take ownership of recruitment across key areas of the business, ensuring we attract high-quality candidates who align with our values and culture. You’ll go beyond simply filling roles. You’ll create meaningful candidate journeys, influence hiring strategies, and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on recruitment and strategic input, with the chance to deputise for the Talent Acquisition Manager and contribute at a senior level.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across designated business areas
- Proactively sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, CV Library and Indeed
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Creating engaging job adverts and recruitment marketing content
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide expert advice
- Leading stakeholder meetings and influencing recruitment strategies
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to offer
- Managing recruitment campaigns, events, and external agency relationships
- Supporting reporting, insights, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Deputising for the Talent Acquisition Manager when required
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and passionate about recruitment. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in agency and/or in-house recruitment
- A strong track record of filling hard-to-recruit roles
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Confidence to challenge and influence at all levels
- Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience in retail or healthcare recruitment
- Recruitment marketing experience
- Experience building early talent pipelines (e.g. universities)
- Experience presenting business updates or insights
