ROTA Week 1 - Monday - Saturday (1 Mid week day off) Week 2 - Monday-Friday

Leightons Opticians and Hearing Care are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to join our established store in Epsom.
A bit about us… Leightons is a retail opticians and audiology business, founded in 1928. We are proudly independent, family-owned and believe our people are the key to success and longevity. Leightons have grown to 37 stores, across the South of England.
The role… As Branch Manager, you will work closely with the Area Manager to drive the commercial success of the branch while maintaining the high standards of customer care and service Leightons is known for. You will have the opportunity to make real impact by:
- Building strong relationships with the community and ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Supporting and developing your team to reach their potential
- Setting realistic business goals and creating plans to achieve them
- Balancing the day-to-day running of the branch with a focus on its future growth
Am I suitable? We are open to different backgrounds for this role. You could be an experienced Dispensing Optician looking to take your first step into management, a qualified DO with existing management experience, or an optical retail manager. You will need strong communication skills, a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team. For DO candidates, your clinical and dispensing knowledge will be a valuable asset with a strong commercial mindset.
