We are delighted to be kicking-off 2025 by looking for a new Consultant to join the team. Leighton Taylor is one of the pre-eminent consultancies recruiting business services roles across all of the Professional Services Sectors. Our reputation and client-base has been built and established across Law, Accountancy, Property and Consultancy firms for the past 30 years. We have led the way in flexible working and have always been driven by a 'Quality over Quantity' approach.
Our consultants are trusted to deliver without the KPI's that often encourage the wrong recruitment approach. We now have a great opportunity for someone to come in and manage vacancies across marketing and business development with potentially some cross-over into other business services departments. You will have immediate existing accounts to work on and will have the full support of senior internal teams.
I would be interested in talking to recruitment specialists who have worked in our sectors, either on the agency side or perhaps within an HR, Talent or BD type position within a professional services firm and who might be looking for a change.
