The successful applicant will be joining an ambitious firm with a full-service offering, designed to ensure clients have their creativity defended, advantage realised and talent rewarded. In this role, you will report directly to Senior BD and Marketing Executives and be responsible for the operational delivery of marketing and business development activities. As part of a small team, the BD & Marketing Executive will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, contribute ideas, and gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of BD and marketing functions.
Your work will be central to supporting the firm’s website, digital marketing, campaigns, social media activity, events, and client communications, while also managing CRM systems, proposals, pitch materials, and directory submissions. The role holder will collaborate closely with attorneys and other stakeholders, bringing creativity, attention to detail, and a drive to continually improve processes and outcomes.
The firm are seeking a commercially aware business development and marketing professional with proven experience within a professional services environment, to include demonstrable success in engaging with senior stakeholders. You will be confident drafting client proposals, managing marketing campaigns, and using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, alongside tools such as WordPress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premier Pro, Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organised, an excellent communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
