Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, the role will involve developing, implementing and maintaining strategic business development plans, ensuring activity is aligned with agreed priorities and delivers measurable outcomes. Maintaining oversight of budgets, assessing return on investment and reporting on activity, the role holder will support partners and fee earners in building and strengthening client relationships and key intermediary networks, proactively identifying opportunities to deepen existing relationships and generate new work.

You will lead and coordinate pitches and tenders from initial opportunity assessment through to submission, including managing go/no-go decision-making, shaping compelling and consistent messaging and drafting and coordinating content.

On the marketing side, the successful applicant will coordinate and deliver campaigns, events and sponsorship activity and will be responsible for award submissions and legal directory entries. Close collaboration with the wider Marketing & Business Development team will be essential to ensure that content, digital activity and external communications are aligned with agreed objectives and support the firm's broader strategic goals.
