Leigh Academy Wilmington is recruiting an enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant (ASD) to support pupils with a range of specific needs in the SEN department. This role will assist with classroom teaching, provide support for students with SEMH/SLCN needs, and deliver small group interventions.

Applicants should be adaptable, personable, committed to providing excellent service, and possess a positive work ethic and can-do attitude. Experience with young people with SEMH/SLCN and small group interventions is desirable.

This is a permanent position based on 37 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week of inset. Working hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday to Friday, with a 3:30 pm finish on one day.
