Are you a conscientious and hard-working individual? Do you work with a high level of professionalism in everything that you do? Are you keen to join an inspirational academy? Leigh Academy Ebbsfleet has an exciting opportunity to appoint an Administrator to join us in November 2026.

Our successful candidate will be required to provide a full administrative service within the academy and provide assistance to students where appropriate. This includes undertaking a diverse range of administrative duties to ensure well-presented and accurate correspondence, reports, and other documentation as directed by the Senior Leadership Team and Office Manager. You will need a keen eye for detail to excel in this aspect of the role.

Other duties to be carried out by our appointed candidate include answering internal and external calls for the Academy, dealing effectively and professionally with callers at all levels, and processing messages to staff and students via voicemail, written communication, email, or by personally delivering urgent messages. Therefore, candidates need to be organised and hardworking as this is a busy role within a thriving academy! You must be able to adapt to change, multi-task, and uphold a professional manner at all times. The successful candidate must be willing to complete first aid training and carry out first aid duties.

This role is working 18.5 hours per week on a Monday (9am-4pm), Wednesday (9am-3pm) and Friday (9am-4pm) with a 30 minute lunch break.
