You will be the vital link, empowering our leadership team and fellow managers by:

  • Mastering Key Data: Leveraging our Management Information System to generate crucial weekly reports on rewards, behaviour, and attendance, transforming raw data into actionable insights for strategic decision‑making.
  • Championing Communication: Serving as the central point of contact for parents, carers, and external agencies. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be essential for confidently leading face‑to‑face meetings, handling sensitive correspondence, and fostering strong home‑school partnerships.
