Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? Snowfields Academy is opening its brand new, custom-built Minster Campus in September 2025, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a fresh, dynamic team at the very beginning of an exciting new chapter. You’ll have the chance to help shape the culture, vision, and learning environment of a brand-new campus, where your contributions will have a lasting impact on our students’ futures.
As an SEN Teacher at Snowfields Academy’s Minster Campus, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, tailored education for students with a range of special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include :

Developing and delivering engaging, personalised lessons that meet the needs of students with a variety of SEN.

Working closely with a team of dedicated professionals to create an inclusive, supportive environment for all students.

Supporting students to build confidence, independence, and life skills, while fostering a love of learning.

Collaborating with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for each student.

Contributing to the development of the Minster Campus, shaping a positive, inclusive culture from day one.
We are open to candidates from a primary , SEN , or mainstream subject specialist background. This is a permanent, full time position, offering MPS / UPS based on experience + SEN1 Allowance.
