We are looking for an organised Talent & Development Administrator to join our central team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, keep processes running seamlessly, and take pride in being the welcoming face of our Trust, this is your next step.
What you’ll be doing
- You'll be a key part of our Talent and Development Team, supporting recruitment across non-teaching, teaching and leadership roles, with the chance to support our wider Development activity too.
- Support candidates from their first enquiry through to their first day, keeping them informed and prepared at every step.
- Help build our employer brand by creating engaging job adverts, social media content and role specific tiles that the Trust and individual academies can both use.
- Coordinate interview schedules, collate panel documentation, support shortlisting, and keep our recruitment system (JobTrain) accurate and up to date.
- Support reference and background checks, and help us maintain safeguarding compliance (KCSIE) across every hire.
- Be a friendly, helpful voice for general enquiries into the team, and provide administrative support across a range of Talent and Development activities.

This role is Monday - Friday, term time only. The working hours are 9:30am - 2:30pm. The actual salary is £14,732 (£26,016 full-time equivalent).
