Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them thrive? We are looking for a committed and proactive individual to join our team as a Pastoral Support Assistant (Post 16). In this vital role, you’ll provide both administrative support and direct assistance to students, helping to create a positive and nurturing environment where every young person can thrive.
The role will be based within our Sixth Form Office and combine administrative support with working directly with students. It will suit a dynamic and perceptive individual who is keen to support our students and help them achieve their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, empathetic, and enjoys building strong relationships.

This is a permanent, full-time position; 37 hours per week, term time only. The working hours for this role are Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-3:30pm.
