Leigh Academy Rainham is seeking an Inclusion Officer to join our committed inclusion team.
You will supervise and support students in our Academy Reset and Inclusion Rooms, providing a calm, structured environment for those who may face behavioural challenges through their academy day.
You will offer guidance, consistency and tailored interventions to key vulnerable students, helping them to refocus, regulate and make positive choices.
