Leigh Academy Rainham is looking for a Head of Learning - Geography to lead our department starting in September 2026. This is a role for an experienced teacher who is ready to move into a leadership position where they can actually influence how the subject is taught. We're a successful, growing school, and we need someone who can maintain high standards while keeping the curriculum relevant and engaging for our students.
We are looking for an experienced practitioner who understands how to manage a department and support their colleagues. In return, we'll make sure you have the professional space and resources to do your job well, helping you grow into the leadership role as you help our students succeed.
