As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent. Working across our primary setting, you will supervise classes, deliver learning activities planned by teachers, support pupils to remain engaged and focused, and help maintain the nurturing and positive learning environment that makes Leigh Academy Bearsted such a special place.

Leigh Academy Bearsted is seeking to appoint two Cover Supervisors to join our team from August 2026. We have one permanent vacancy and one fixed‑term vacancy from Thursday 27th August 2026 until Wednesday 21st July 2027, with the potential for the fixed‑term role to become permanent, subject to academy requirements.
