Leigh Stationers’ Academy is looking for a dynamic School Staff Instructor (SSI) to be the backbone of our Combined Cadet Force (CCF). If you have the grit of a Combined Cadet Force Adult Volunteer (CFAV) and the heart of a mentor, we want you on our team.

You will need to:
- Manage the Westminster database, security clearances, and recruitment.
- Oversee the MOD loan stores, grants, and the CCF budget.
- Draft expert risk assessments and ensure every drill or exercise is compliant and secure.
- Keep the unit "spit and polish" for Biennial and Security inspections.
- Champion student welfare and safeguarding with a "warm‑strict" approach.
We need a mission‑focused professional who brings:
- Deep Cadet Knowledge: You are a serving CFAV who lives the ethos.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and the Westminster system.
- Resilience: Ready to lead during camps and unsociable hours.
- Bonus Points: First Aid, SAAI, Adventure Training qualifications, or a D1 Minibus license.
