Sir Geoffrey Leigh Academy is seeking an Administrator (with Reception duties) to be the welcoming face of our academy and the driving force behind our administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact: Greet parents, students, and visitors with a smile, answering their queries and guiding them as needed.
- Support Student Success: Manage student sign-ins, update Health Care Plans, and assist with student welfare.
- Keep Us Connected: Handle incoming calls, manage communications, and ensure all correspondence is accurate and professional.
- Assist in Key Events: Play a vital role in organising academy events, supporting admissions, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- Maintain Our Systems: Manage the ParentPay system with precision, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
