Sir Geoffrey Leigh Academy is seeking an Administrator (with Reception duties) to be the welcoming face of our academy and the driving force behind our administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Greet parents, students, and visitors with a smile, answering their queries and guiding them as needed.
  • Support Student Success: Manage student sign-ins, update Health Care Plans, and assist with student welfare.
  • Keep Us Connected: Handle incoming calls, manage communications, and ensure all correspondence is accurate and professional.
  • Assist in Key Events: Play a vital role in organising academy events, supporting admissions, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Maintain Our Systems: Manage the ParentPay system with precision, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.

The working basis of the role is permanent, working 28 hours per week (Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 2:30pm with a 3pm finish on a Friday), Term Time + 1 week inset and offers an actual salary of £17,118 per annum (£26,300 full-time equivalent).
