This is a pivotal role, essential to the smooth running of our college. The successful candidate will provide highly effective administrative support to the School Office and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring operational excellence across all areas. You will be instrumental in the day-to-day organisation of a small, dynamic college environment. You will work closely and collaboratively with the SLT, colleagues, the Local Authority, and the wider Trust, handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. This is a varied position where the ability to manage diverse administrative tasks is key.

While previous experience in a school office setting is desirable, it is not essential. We are seeking a candidate who is:

  • Strong computer literacy, including confidence with standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace).
  • An excellent record of attendance and time-keeping is required.
