Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School is a one and half form entry school based in the town centre of Leigh. We are an integral part of the local community and are very family orientated with a strong Catholic ethos. We are extremely proud of all that goes on here. Responsibilities
- Act as a designated keyholder, maintain site security, carry out routine and reactive maintenance
- Operate heating and lighting systems, organise porterage and site support as required
- Maintain accurate records of statutory health and safety checks
- Supervise contractors when necessary
- Ensure cleaning, housekeeping and grounds are maintained to an appropriate standard
- Work flexibly, respond to emergencies when required, comply fully with safeguarding, health and safety, security and confidentiality procedures
Qualifications
- Subject to an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service and satisfactory references
- Requires compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, security, and confidentiality procedures
- Ability to respond to emergencies and work flexibly
- Support and uphold the Catholic ethos and mission of the school, contributing to a safe, welcoming and respectful environment
