Leigh Day is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to support a UK-wide user base from London, with a hybrid pattern (2–3 days in office, 2–3 days from home). The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong Microsoft and Citrix knowledge, and the ability to create knowledgebase articles.

Onboarding will prioritise system familiarity, with probation and remote-working options. With a presence in Manchester and Leeds, the team collaborates across locations to deliver remote support.
