Learning Support Assistant - Fixed Term 31st August 2027
Salary - Scale 3 points 3-5 (actual salary £20,187 - £20,827)
Monday to Friday - 08:15 to 15:30 with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar setting who is capable of giving their knowledge and experience to the children in our school.
The ideal candidate will be expected to:

Support Children by following programmes devised by the school and modify planning to suit the needs of the child/children

Liaise with class teacher and keep detailed records of the child's progress towards targets

Use their own initiative to support the child in making the best possible progress

Be highly positive and supportive

Remain calm and flexible, be caring and patient

Have a proactive approach to CPD and further professional development

Have a good standard of English and Mathematics (minimum GCSE Grade C or equivalent)
